How we deliver

With Econt or Speedy — to one of their offices or to your address, anywhere in Bulgaria. We usually pack and ship within 1–2 working days of confirming the order.

Delivery charge

The charge is shown in the basket before you place the order.

Payment

Cash on delivery, bank transfer or card.

Returns

Unopened packs can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Opened food cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. If a product is damaged or wrong, send us a photo and we will replace it or refund you. See the terms and conditions.
