What we collect and why

Name, phone, email, delivery address or office and, if you ask for an invoice, company details. We use them only to fulfil your order, contact you about it and issue documents — Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR.

Who we share it with

The courier delivering your parcel (Econt or Speedy), Stripe (card payments only) and our accounting software for issuing documents. We never sell data or share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Order records — 10 years, as required by the Bulgarian Accountancy Act. Everything else — only as long as needed for the order and any complaint.

Cookies

The site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. Your basket is stored only in your browser.

Your rights
